The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team, supporting across the finance, operations, supply chain and procurement professions. You will play a key role in supporting two Directors by sourcing and engaging candidates, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients. Part-Time also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our database.
* Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as required.
