3. Assist with processing invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
5. Participate in annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
6. Maintain accurate financial records and data.
7. Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
8. Liaise with other departments to ensure financial matters are handled effectively.
9. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
10. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
12. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
13. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
14. A demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
15. Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
