Overview
Senior Marketing Executive role based at the Head Office in Ashton-in-Makerfield. We are on an exciting journey at MGF and we're recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team, based at our Head Office in Ashton-in-Makerfield.
The role will support the Head of Marketing in shaping and delivering strategic marketing initiatives while managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns. We’re looking for someone with around 4–6 years of experience who is ready to step into a more senior position, contributing to both tactical delivery and strategic input.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, R&D, Product Management, the People Team, and the wider marketing team to help position and strengthen the MGF brand across our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and planning.
* Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Support and mentor junior marketing team members.
* Act as a guardian of MGF’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Work cross-functionally to deliver engaging campaigns and product launches aligned with business objectives.
* Create and manage thought leadership content, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
* 4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B.
* Marketing degree, CIM Level 6, or equivalent experience.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Confident in briefing and reviewing creative work.
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, CMS, email platforms).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
