If you’re an experienced New Homes SalesAdvisor looking for something genuinely different, this is it.

This position offers a flexible model that trusts you to manage your time, your sites, and your pipeline like a professional.

You’ll be stepping into a high‑profile launch across multiple schemes in North West London, with the autonomy to run your patch and deliver results without micromanagement.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a patch of residential developments across Acton, Southall, and Northolt, delivering both shared ownership and private sale units.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑responsibility position suited to someone confident working independently across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive performance across shared ownership and private sale
* Deliver an exceptional customer journey from enquiry to completion
* Work closely with marketing teams to maximise lead conversion
* Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline management
* Ensure show homes and marketing suites are always presentation‑ready
* Support launch activity and campaign delivery


What We’re Looking For

* Strong knowledge of shared ownership
* Ability to manage multiple sites independently
* Confident running the full sales cycle with minimal supervision
* Highly organised, driven, and commercially aware
* Ready to hit the ground running


Package

* Equivalent to £31,000 – £33,000 basic
* £4,000 performance bonus (OTE)
* Rolling contract with strong potential to extend


Working Pattern

* Monday to Friday + regular Saturday working (essential)
* Hybrid model:
o On‑site across developments
o Remote working
o 1–2 office days (typically Mondays)
