Customer Solution
Coordinator
based at our
Warwick Support Centre
you’ll be responsible for: S
upporting and driving growth of customer sales and margin through effective management of various solutions and projects
i.e. Wolseley Van Stock and Waste
Onboarding new customers and planning the implementation of the Wolseley Van Stock solutions, including leading on communication with providers, customers and internal teams including branches
Understanding the customers requirements and creating product catalogues for them to use
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups
Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills
Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service
