Senior Product Manager
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Package
Our Global Engineering & Manufacturing company seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for tangible product environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver long‑term product strategies and multi‑year roadmaps.
* Lead new product development initiatives, ensuring on‑time delivery aligned to business goals.
* Take ownership of product performance, including revenue, margin, and market positioning.
* Analyse product and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain and commercial teams to ensure efficient delivery.
* Identify opportunities for growth across products, markets and regions.
* Support forecasting, planning and investment decisions across the portfolio.
* Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and inform strategy.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
* Proven experience in a senior or strategic Product Management role.
* Background working with physical engineered, manufactured or assembled products.
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing product performance.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, able to analyse complex datasets and forecasts.
* Experience leading or supporting new product development within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to influence and drive outcomes across cross‑functional teams.
* Experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors is essential.
