We are recruiting Marketing and Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives for the firmâs new Retail, Sport, and Hospitality sector, with a focus on both strategic positioning and hands-on client engagement. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Develop and implement a business development strategy for key subsectors of the Retail, Sport, and Hospitality sector, aligned with the firmâs global goals. Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape the sector positioning. Drive the creation of high-impact thought leadership that showcases the firmâs expertise and insights in the sector. Identify speaking opportunities, panel engagements, and media placements to elevate the firmâs profile Enhance the firmâs visibility more broadly in the sector through campaigns, events, sponsorships, and digital initiatives. Create compelling, client-centric propositions that clearly articulate the firmâs value in addressing sector-specific challenges Build and manage a pipeline of priority clients and prospects across key international markets. Support partners in deepening relationships with existing clients and converting new opportunities Qualifications: Degree educated What happens next?
