Job Description
Project Technical Support and Delivery:
* Verify and identify technical issues in large/complex systems with 50+ devices, including management software and network requirements.
* Troubleshoot, test, escalate, and communicate issues internally and externally.
* Assist in project bidding, help customers prepare tender documents, and meet required standards.
* Provide technical training for target project customers based on their skill levels.
* Consolidate customer demands for products and provide feedback for product improvements.
* Identify new opportunities during support interactions and report/discuss internally.
Project Management:
* Monitor large projects from early stages, identify technical risks, and advise on solutions proactively.
* Host routine project meetings and track progress.
* Assist with POC tests and coordinate with multiple teams including sales, solution, product, R&D, and quality.
Key Attributes
* Prior experience in technical support and interest in electronics and network devices.
* Ability to handle pressure with a positive attitude.
* Initiative, honesty, and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Background in CCTV, IT, Networking, Communications, Computers, or related fields.
* Over 2 years of relevant experience.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
