Job Description:
We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Christchurch site!

Responsibilities include:
* Receive and check customer orders to ensure accuracy, including price and delivery dates.
* Load customer orders on the ERP system and acknowledge the order back to the customer.
* Update customers regularly on the status of their orders and notify them of any delays.
* Raise quotations to customers, observing departmental approvals.
* Support external sales teams with administrative tasks, generate customer quotations, and provide sales and customer data as needed.
* Liaise with production, planning, and purchasing departments to review and meet customer lead times.
* Answer external calls as required.
* Assist with internal sales support and administrative activities in the absence of team members.
* Monitor customer orders and seek new orders when appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with all Quality Management Systems requirements.
What You Bring:
* Experience in a similar role with proven administrative and customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Excel.
