Join our dynamic team at the Berkshire Cancer Centre as a Clinical Informatics Therapeutic Radiographer, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of radiotherapy through informatics-led transformation.
Band 7 | Full Time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Act as deputy IT system administrator and clinical informatics specialist for radiotherapy.
* Support upgrades, configuration, and optimisation of digital workflows across Reading and Bracknell.
* Contribute to the design and documentation of standardised digital pathways.
* Extract and analyse clinical data to inform service improvements and reporting.
* Participate in user testing, training delivery, and quality assurance processes.
* Maintain clinical competencies through direct patient care (approx. 50% of working hours).
What We Are Looking For
* HCPC registered Therapeutic Radiographer with significant clinical experience.
* Strong understanding of radiotherapy workflows and digital systems.
* Experience in service improvement, data analysis, and clinical IT.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
Desirable Skills
* MOSAIQ system administration training.
* Crystal Reports or Power BI experience.
* Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2).
* FEDIP registration or willingness to work towards it.
