Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
* Conduct client intake, gather documentation, and carry out KYC/AML checks.
* Set up new conveyancing files in the case management system.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transaction starts.
Conveyancing File Handling
1. Prepare and review property transaction documents (contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage forms).
2. Conduct and review searches (land registry, local authority, environmental) and flag any issues.
3. Monitor progress of transactions, ensuring deadlines are met and clients updated.
4. Assist with post-completion matters, including registration of title and financial settlements.
