We are now entering a critical growth phase—and are looking for a Sales Director to take our product to market and drive revenue.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to become a core business partner in a high‑potential robotics company at the commercialization stage.
As Sales Director, you will:
* Lead all revenue‑generating activities
* Close deals directly with customers and partners
* Build, scale, and lead a high‑performing sales team
You will have clear targets—and a highly rewarding compensation structure aligned with performance and long‑term success.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
* Translate complex robotics technology into compelling business value for customers
* Identify and secure strategic partnerships and enterprise clients
* Build and manage a scalable sales pipeline
* Recruit, train, and lead a growing sales team

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets
* Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
* Experience building and leading sales teams
