We’re looking for a New Business Lead who thrives on spotting opportunities, sparking conversations, and turning them into lasting partnerships. This isn’t about working through a call list or hitting arbitrary quotas – it’s about building trust, crafting compelling proposals, and collaborating with our consultants to win the right business, the right way. In this role, you’ll be researching and connecting with high-potential prospects, creating tailored proposals, managing a healthy pipeline in our CRM, and supporting responses to RFPs and client reviews. You’ll play a central role in how we grow, bringing commercial acumen, a consultative approach, and the ability to connect the dots between client needs and ChilliMint’s expertise. We’re looking for someone who’s confident, commercially sharp, and organised enough to manage multiple opportunities without letting anything slip. Ideally, you’ll have experience in business development within financial services, but what matters most is your ability to build relationships, think strategically, and close deals that make a difference.
