Location: Birmingham – Hybrid Work PatternAbout the Role Hays is working with a local council to recruit amunications Executive. This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of the council’smunications strategy, protecting and enhancing its reputation, and leading in the creation, delivery, and evaluation of key campaigns.You will ensure all planned objectives and oues are delivered on time and within budget, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and ie generation. Additionally, you will help establish a strong reputation for themunications team internally and externally, based on measurable results and oues.Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the delivery of the council’smunications strategy.
2. Lead on the development, delivery, and evaluation of key campaigns.
3. Ensure objectives and oues are achieved on time and on budget.
4. Identify opportunities for budget savings and ie generation.
5. Promote the leadership and vision of themunications team.
Essential Experience & Skills:
6. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similarmunications or campaigns manager role.
7. Proven experience managingmunications and marketing teams in large,plex organisations.
8. Strong track record in creating, delivering, and evaluating effective marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
9. Experience advising elected members on high-profilemunications and campaign issues.
10. Ability to manage and deliver multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
11. Expertise in developing and delivering multichannel campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
