We are seeking an experienced leader in children's residential care to join our team. This role requires a compassionate, resilient, and strategic individual to oversee and develop our children's residential services.

About the Role:
The Residential Operations Manager will oversee management and compliance across multiple children's homes in the North West and West Midlands, ensuring adherence to Ofsted regulations and maintaining high standards of care for young people with EBD and LD needs. You will be the Responsible Individual with Ofsted, shaping the quality and culture of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership across multiple residential homes
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations
* Support and supervise Registered Managers
* Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, and service improvement
* Drive recruitment, staff development, and retention initiatives
* Represent the organization during inspections and audits
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
About You:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* At least 5 years' experience in a senior role within children's residential services
* Proven experience managing multiple homes or large-scale services
* Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted framework
* Strong leadership, communication, and safeguarding skills
* Able to register as the Responsible Individual with Ofsted
* UK driving license is required
