Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Reports to: Customer Success Manager
Location: RYNO HQ, Ellon, AB41 9RG (20 mins from Aberdeen)
Days/hours: 5 day working week, 7-8am start, 4-5pm finish with 1hr breaks.

The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing various aspects of the customer experience, including sales order processing, raising quotes, handling returns and managing the secured order pipeline. This role is pivotal in ensuring epic service levels, providing a first line of response for customer enquiries, resolving queries, addressing aftersales issues, and processing carrier claims. The role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and the effective resolution of customer issues.

The role will involve:
* Supporting the delivery of projects from initial call-off through to completion.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
* Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
* Developing knowledge of our products and services to provide excellent customer support.
* Taking ownership of tasks and contributing to the wider success of the team.
The ideal candidate will:

* Possess experience within the construction or building products sector (preferred but not essential).
