Flourish Education are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work at an Ofsted rated ‘good’ primary school in Malvern, Worcestershire. A recent report for the school stated that ‘Pupils learn the importance of friendship, trust and respect at the school. Throughout the school, pupils behave very well.’ The school are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis. This is a long-term position until the end of the Summer Term. You will predominantly be working in Key Stage 1 (KS1), but will occasionally be required to support in other key stages as necessary. Responsibilities will include delivering small group interventions, hearing readers, and working with pupil’s on an individual basis. An empathetic, patient and caring approach is essential. The ideal candidate will seek to form positive relationships with pupils and families, instilling a love of learning and building pupil’s confidence.
