We are at an exciting time in our company’s development and are looking for a NTQ Surveyor to join our Team.
The NTQ Surveyor will be responsible for the successful Acquisition Delivery (from site selection to legal access) of replacement sites which have arisen because of a Landlord NTQ activity. This also includes effective internal and external Stakeholder and supplier management and reporting ,as well as effective relationship management including (but not limited to) drawing delivery and Host Site mitigation strategies to ensure key Customer impact is effectively mitigated. A strong knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code (ECC), set out in Schedule 3A of the Communications Act 2003 is an absolute requirement as this is the legislative vehicle that has to be adhered to when we procure new sites.
Key Responsibilities of the NTQ Surveyor include:
* Lead delivery across internal teams, third-party agents, and suppliers
* Manage complex property transactions including lease renewals, new acquisitions, and relocations
* Track dependencies across regional programmes and internal teams to meet targets
* Collaborate with site retention teams to monitor early warning notices and launch related activities
* Deliver Capex & Opex targets through strategic decision-making and escalation
* Apply property expertise to validate supplier work and resolve site-specific issues
* Shape NTQ strategy by guiding suppliers on acquisition, design, and legal processes
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
* Build strong relationships across estates, legal, procurement, finance, and shareholder teams
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying and resolving performance issues
* Create a success-driven environment for third-party suppliers through clear reporting and deliverable management
