This field and office-based role is customer-facing and involves travel between sites, so a full driving licence is essential. You'll provide 2nd line support while gaining hands-on experience across projects that can lead to a 3rd line support or infrastructure role. What You'll Do: Deliver 1st & 2nd line IT support on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and more Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Support VPN, wireless, and WAN environments Install and configure systems and applications Manage user accounts in Active Directory Maintain IT asset records and assist with deployments Create documentation and share knowledge Provide excellent customer service What We're Looking For: A-Level or equivalent with networking experience Experience in site setups, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11 Knowledge of Active Directory and device provisioning (Autopilot) Networking InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
