An inclusive and community:focused primary school in the heart of Tottenham is seeking a nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team from September 2025. The school is offering trial days over the coming weeks to secure the right candidate ahead of time.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support a small group of children with additional needs, working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to deliver individualised learning and interventions. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who has a calm, patient nature and a strong understanding of early development and SEN strategies.
The school is looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant who:

Has proven experience supporting SEN pupils in an EYFS setting

Understands the EYFS framework and early learning goals
*
Can work as part of a collaborative team
*
Uses their initiative and builds strong rapport with pupils
