As a Front Office Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. You’ll lead the front office team to deliver warm welcomes, efficient check-ins and check-outs, and seamless guest service throughout the day.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
* Supervise daily front office operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
* Support and motivate the reception, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
* Assist with administrative duties, billing, and daily reports.
* Ensure smooth communication between departments to maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
* Take responsibility for health, safety, and security procedures during your shift.
Qualifications

* Previous experience in a hotel front office or duty management role.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays.
