As a Learning Disabilities Support Worker, you will join a dedicated team to deliver a personalised plan to support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, providing a holistic service that focuses on fostering independence and self-esteem, promoting social inclusion, and enhancing quality of life for everyone who comes through our doors. You'll be providing practical, emotional and social support to customers to help achieve their desired outcomes, from gaining qualifications, learning to manage money, travelling independently or building social skills.
