Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Lead, based in Leeds. The Marketing Lead will oversee and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, creating marketing plans, managing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing innovative strategies, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Experience in conducting Market Research and analyzing industry trends
* Proven knowledge of Marketing Strategy and ability to design and execute impactful campaigns
* Skills in Sales to align marketing efforts with business development goals
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with a goal-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for campaign management is advantageous
