Job Description
The Site Agent shall:
1. Undertake the management and mentoring of Site Engineers and Section Engineers
2. Support the Project Manager in driving forward the construction phase of the project
3. Liaise with the Project Manager to manage, control and allocate all project resources
4. Support the Project Manager in planning the construction phase of the project
5. Compile and review work package plans and other management plans
6. Support the Project Manager to deliver project within programme and budget
7. Work closely with the Planning department to obtain accurate and reliable programme data
8. Monitor and report on contractual requirements
9. Manage and monitor subcontractors and supplier relationships
10. Communicate with commercial staff to ensure records are prepared in a timely fashion
11. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are being complied with
12. Implementing and attending weekly and monthly site meetings
13. Compile daily activity briefings and complete site diary as required
14. Assist in Managing Quality & Environmental plans on site
15. Ensure work is delivered in accordance with the specification
16. Assist with preparing project close-out report
17. Work to the Graham IMS
18. Take part in and promote a Safety Culture with the entire site team

23. Excellent Knowledge of NEC
24. HNC or higher in Civil Engineering
Desirable
25. Experience working on Highway Schemes
26. Experience managing one site or a section of a larger site as part of a wider team.
27. Demonstrate strong planning skills
28. CPCS Appointed Person for Lifting trained
29. Temporary Works Coordinator trained
30. Proficient in use of Autocad
