As a Night Support Practitioner, youll be there during the quietest hours offering calm, steady support when its most needed. Whether its settling worries, offering a reassuring presence, or simply being someone who listens, youll help children feel safe and cared for through the night.
Youll be working in one of our small, homely houses, where children live as part of the local community and attend our purpose:built school nearby. Everything we do is about creating structure, comfort and the space to grow and that includes night:time too.
Although your shifts are overnight, youre very much part of the wider team. Youll work closely with others who share your passion for understanding behaviour, building trust, and supporting the whole child not just managing the moment.
Wed love to hear from you if youve got an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, plus some experience in care or education. But if youve got the right values, patience, and a genuine desire to support children through challenging moments, well give you all the training you need.

Ideally, youll have an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, plus some experience in care or education. A driving licence is essential
