Responsibilities
* Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Supervise kitchen staff and manage food production processes.
* Train and mentor team members in culinary skills, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement new recipes.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Support the management in achieving operational goals and maintaining budgetary controls.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
* Previous experience in food production or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
* Background in hospitality or hotel environments is an advantage.
* Barista experience is a plus for establishments serving coffee or beverages.
* Outstanding communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
