As part of the Manchester International Airport complex and situated within close proximity to all three terminals, this dual-site property of the Holiday Inn & ibis Budget boasts a combined 542 bedrooms.

Are you an experienced Sous Chef working in a high volume hotel or high street restaurant who is looking for a better work life balance? Our Kitchen Team is the magic behind each delicious dish we serve our guests. They are passionate about all things food and take great pride in each dish they prepare.
Do you have a passion for Mediterranean cuisine in order to deliver exceptional dishes at our flagship Firin Restaurant and Open Lobby concept? On average, we prepare between 250-350 dishes each day across our two concepts and we are set to get even busier during the holidays!
You will play an active role in the training and development of the team to ensure we deliver exceptional service whilst maintaining strict controls of food safety/health & safety to ensure statutory compliance.
