Newstaff Employment is hiring a Reach and Counterbalance Driver in Stevenage to support warehouse operations, ensuring stock is moved, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £14.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Full-time hours (shift pattern to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities
1. Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
2. Move, stack, and load goods within the warehouse
3. Carry out daily equipment checks before use
4. Report any faults or safety concerns promptly
5. Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders
6. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
7. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
8. Work closely with the team to meet operational targets
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences
10. Proven experience operating both truck types in a warehouse
11. Strong understanding of forklift safety and warehouse procedures
12. Good attention to detail and organisational skills
13. Ability to work well within a team
14. Good communication skills
15. Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
