As the lead for Base71's marketing and communication, you'll be at the heart of creating a vibrant Base71 community of supporters by developing strategic campaigns to support our youth team, fundraising and HR and Operations colleagues.
You will develop our strategic marketing, brand and communication activities to our audiences as well as leading on the day-to-day departmental activities.
You will provide strategic marketing and communication support to the team to build brand awareness and drive engagement across a variety of audiences. You'll build impactful relationships across the organisation, managing stakeholders effectively and ensuring shared objectives and alignment on priorities.
You'll manage our part-time Digital Marketing Officer, who will undertake much of the daily digital work, creating time for you to concentrate on key projects.
This is a busy environment, where you'll be dealing with multiple priorities and juggling day‑today activity with long-term strategic goals. Ideally you will have experience at leading strategic development, but this role could also suit someone looking to take the step up into a more senior position.
