Branch Manager – Finchley Central
Salary £30,000 - £33,000 OTE £55,000 + Car allowance
5-day week, 2 Saturdays off per month

Are you a Branch Manager with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service. You will work from your own initiative and be able to embrace change and motivate others to do so. You will have a proven track record in exceeding targets, building strong relationships with customers, and obtaining new business opportunities.

* Training Staff
* Rolling out monthly targets to staff
* Conducting monthly One to Ones
* Devising Marketing Plans with team
* Chairing Morning Meetings
* Ensuring branch is performing
* Dealing with complaints
* Motivating staff
* Vendor contact
* Prospecting
* Winning instructions
* Overseeing the lettings department
* Reporting figures to directors
* Attending monthly management meetings
Branch Manager - Key Skills and Ability to;
