Business Analyst - Digital Consultancy We are working with a well-established digital consultancy that partners with organisations to deliver modern digital services, improve user experiences and solve complex operational challenges. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their consulting team. The Role: You will help translate complex business problems and user needs into clear requirements that delivery teams can act on. Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, youll play a key role in shaping digital services and supporting successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Analyse business problems and recommend practical service or product improvements Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on objectives Document and analyse business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation Gather, refine and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle Translate user and business needs into clear deliverables for delivery teams Collaborate with designers and researchers to support user-centred solutions Occasionally travel to client or office locations as required Core Skills & Experience: Experience working as a Business Analyst within agile delivery environments Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to interpret information from multiple sources and form clear recommendations Confidence communicating insights and findings using evidence and data Experience gathering and documenting requirements using appropriate techniques Ability to keep teams aligned around shared goals and priorities Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills Experience supporting workshops and collaborative sessions Understanding of user-centred design principles and user research practices Familiarity with process mapping or modelling techniques Desirable Experience: Prioritisation and backlog management exposure Using data to support decision-making Supporting product discovery or prototyping activities Coaching or sharing best practice with colleagues Location & Travel: As part of a consulting environment, occasional travel to client locations may be required depending on project needs.
