Responsibilities include:
* Creating clear, engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives
* Developing blog posts, articles, whitepapers, reports, and case studies with experts
* Positioning Smart Data Foundry as an industry leader through thought leadership
* Crafting copy for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
* Creating digital assets like infographics and videos using tools like Canva
Content Distribution
* Planning and publishing content across channels like website, blog, LinkedIn, Bluesky, and email
* Collaborating with marketing to identify content opportunities
* Optimizing content for each platform and engagement
* Implementing A/B testing strategies to improve performance
* Monitoring and reporting on content performance
Brand & Message Consistency
* Maintaining consistent brand voice and visual identity
* Ensuring content quality, accuracy, and relevance
Collaboration & Internal Communication
* Working with data science, engagement, and product teams to craft stories
* Aligning content with campaign goals
* Supporting content strategy development
Audience Engagement & Growth
* Refining content strategy based on trends and audience behaviour
* Testing new content formats like videos and interactive graphics
SEO & Accessibility
* Applying SEO best practices
* Ensuring content meets accessibility standards
Qualifications
* Experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or data environments
* Strong writing and editorial skills
* Ability to interpret and communicate data narratively
* Understanding of analytics, data science, and target markets including financial services and government sectors
* Experience managing social media and growing audiences
* SEO optimization skills
* Basic design and video editing skills
* Proficiency with Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
