We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality to join our Operations Data and Process Architect team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the design and implementation of data transfer strategies by demonstrating expertise in operational data architecture to optimize data flow and integration. Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing overall data integrity and efficiency. Monitor and analyze data transfer activities to identify opportunities for process improvements, driving innovation within the operations framework. Implement best practices in data management and integration, aligning with BNY's principles of collaboration and client-focused service. Provide insights and recommendations on data-driven strategies to support decision-making processes across operations. Leverage data insights to improve the client experience. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Operations Management. Advanced degree preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive process improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in data management tools and techniques, ensuring high-quality data transfer and integration. Strong knowledge of Payments Operations is preferred. Proficiency in leveraging AI tools is an advantage.
