Work Location: East Anglia, 4 days a week onsite Start Date: ASAP End Date: 21/12/2026 Hours per week: 40 hours Expenses: Travel to site will be covered Job Description To act as the client's on-site representative, providing assurance that civils, M&E and maintenance works delivered by contractors are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with agreed specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. Duties * Health & Safety: Monitor contractor compliance, undertake inspections, challenge unsafe behaviours, support investigations. * Quality Assurance: Inspect works, witness tests, identify defects, maintain records. * Site Supervision & Contractor Oversight: Oversee activities, monitor workmanship, ensure planning, escalate issues. * Programme & Productivity: Track progress, identify delays, support recovery, provide updates. * Reporting & Governance: Produce reports, maintain records, support audit requirements. Core Expectations including Experience/Behaviours: Experience working with or within capital delivery organisations, with a practical understanding of how projects move from concept through design, construction and commissioning.
