Qualifications
* MRCGP
* Competent in the provision of medical services
* Excellent clinical and non-clinical problem-solving skills
* Able to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
* Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload according to patient/service need
* Full driving licence + use of car
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to develop strong and effective working relationships
* Understanding of current NHS environment
* Awareness of current developments and initiatives in general medical practice
* Sound knowledge of clinical governance and clinical audit
* Sound understanding of QAIF policies and targets
