Competency & Training Coordinator
Location: Derby (Pride Park)
Salary: up to £35,000 DOE + benefits

Our client, a leading organisation, is looking for a Competency & Training Coordinator to play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing workforce competence across their projects. The Role
You will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure all training, competencies, and certifications are accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating training requests and ensuring joining instructions are clear and understood
Maintaining a high-level competency matrix with supporting certificates and qualifications
Liaising with contractors to ensure competencies are valid and current
Updating skills records and issuing competence cards and certificates
Ensuring sponsored operatives’ account details are correct
Supporting filing, archiving, and other essential administrative duties
