We’re hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors in our Homes Direct Servicing team in Thornaby with a starting package of £[amount]; this is made up of a base salary of £[amount], along with an additional £[amount] flexible benefit and up to a £[amount] discretionary performance-related bonus.

In this role you’ll bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction, whether helping someone secure their dream home, celebrating their final mortgage payment, or applying for a personal loan. No two calls are the same, and we’ll equip you with skills to build strong customer relationships, take ownership, and deliver great service.
The difference you’ll make:
1. Handling customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. Once fully trained, support via Live Chat may also be available.
2. Encouraging customers to embrace our digital tools, allowing them to choose how they interact with us.
3. Ensuring customer and bank safety by identifying vulnerabilities and detecting potential fraud.
4. Accurately collating information to resolve customer queries at first contact.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong computer and numeracy skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Additional information:
We’re recruiting for full-time roles at [hours] per week, within our operating hours Monday-Friday: [times], and Saturdays: [times] (with time off in lieu for Saturday shifts).
We provide comprehensive, fully-paid training on-site for a minimum of [weeks] weeks. After training, and upon reaching the required role level, you may have the opportunity to work from home. Flexible working options such as part-time hours may also be considered.
This role is based in Teesside, and you’ll be expected to spend at least two days per month in the office.
Free on-site parking is available at our Teesside office.
