About the Role
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11 to 18 with autism, learning difficulties and social, emotional needs.
This specialist secondary setting focuses on helping pupils build confidence, independence and practical skills for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Support learning activities across the curriculum
* Assist pupils with personalised learning plans
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Build strong relationships with students
* Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment
About You
* Experience working with young people (SEN desirable)
* Patient, adaptable and proactive
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence beneficial

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
