As a dynamic, and rapidly growing organisation, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join us.
Key Responsibilities :
* Answering support calls including troubleshooting
* From time to time you will be sent to Installing Point of Sales and CCTV systems in our Clients Restaurants across the country (Full training will be provided)
* Remote Installation & Configuration of POS systems (full training will be provided)
* We will help you to grow your knowledge of hardware, software and networking solutions, including gaining detailed knowledge of our products
Skills & Experience Required:
* Basic experience repairing and installing IT equipment
* Proven hands on problem solving ability
* Basic Knowledge of EPOS and CCTV systems ( Full Training will be provided)
* Good Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
* Good knowledge of computer components
* Understanding of computer hardware diagnosis and repair
* Effective communicator (written and verbal)
* Must have full driving license, with flexibility to travel (sometimes at short notice)
