Due to increased occupancy and an increased workload, we are currently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join an existing team, in supporting the upkeep of a busy commercial site. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature and quality checks * Complete basic plumbing works and fault finding * Undertake general building fabric repairs (doors, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks * Accurately record works using CAFM systems * Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements What we’re looking for: * Experience in commercial building maintenance * Practical skills across plumbing, fabric, and basic maintenance * Knowledge of water hygiene (Legionella awareness desirable) * Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently If you’re a multi-skilled engineer who takes pride in keeping buildings running smoothly and you would like to find out more, please reach out to Liam Hargate at Coyles...
