Eton Bridge is partnering with a significant, global leader in the technology arena. The organisation is currently undergoing a strategic transformation journey in a number of functional areas and business lines, and now seeks an Interim Organization Design Analyst to manage and deliver the data, insights, and modelling needed to inform and implement organization design decisions. This role will take a critical role in modelling current and future-state structures, conducting capability and gap analyses, and supporting change implementation across critical business areas. Responsibilities Advanced modelling of the “as is” and “to be” organisation design Conduct scenario analysis for alternatives that could be more efficient or cost effective Undertake capability gap analysis & modelling Spans & Layers assessments, Job Family & Role Design and implementation in target areas Work closely with HR to develop job descriptions and support talent management Assist in workshop facilitation and output capture with the OD or TOM Leads Documentation: Maintain records and audit trails of all processes and changes for future reference Support change impact assessments and transition planning for teams affected by OD changes Required Skills Must have demonstrable, recent organisational design expertise, gained in multinational business environments Will possess advanced Excel and data modelling skills, will experience of data evaluation and cleansing Must be comfortable and confident building credibility with HR and business leaders in an international context Pay range and compensation package - Day rate: £600 a day outside IR35 status Candidates must be available to start by the end of May 2025 at the latest Disclaimer: Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
