Key Responsibilities:
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Support children's emotional and social development.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about early years education, have a caring and nurturing nature, and enjoy working as part of a team.
A relevant qualification in early years education is essential, along with practical experience working with young children.
Requirements
* A recognized qualification in childcare or early years education (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3)
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
* A warm and caring personality with a genuine love for children.
* Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of early years frameworks and regulations.
* A clean and current DBS check.
