Job Description: We are looking for a practical, motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Timber Sash Window Refurbisher / Fitter. No previous sash window experience is required — full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to learn a traditional trade and develop valuable hands-on skills while working alongside experienced craftsmen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the refurbishment, repair and draught proofing of traditional timber sash windows
* Assist with installing new sash windows, casement windows and doors
* Use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
* Support the team on-site, keeping the work area clean and organised
Requirements:
* Some experience using hand tools and power tools (essential)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
