Eventologists are seeking a full-time Event Inventory & Production Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of our production.
This is a hands-on leadership position at the centre of creative production, logistics, and event delivery.

The Role
You will take ownership of our warehouse operations, event preparation workflow, inventory systems, and production scheduling — ensuring every event leaves the building on time, on budget, and in perfect condition.
You'll act as the key bridge between sales, production, logistics, subcontractors and warehouse crew — turning booked concepts into operational reality.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Manage stock, assets and inventory control systems
Oversee event prep, production and loading schedules
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and workflow efficiency
Ensure production deadlines are met without compromising quality
Manage subcontractors and external production support
Coordinate between sales, internal teams, suppliers and logistics
Oversee stock reconciliation, losses, damages and restocking
Manage supplier relationships and purchasing for best value
Identify and implement operational improvements
Support event installations and breakdowns when required
Coordinate production rotas and logistics
Ensure operational consistency from warehouse to site
Who We're Looking For
Experience in warehouse, production, events, logistics or inventory management
Strong organisational and scheduling ability
Confident managing the production team
Commercially aware and cost-conscious
Proactive, hands-on and solutions-driven
Comfortable balancing admin with physical, practical work
Experience within the live events industry is highly desirable.
