We are seeking a Front of House to join our team at a busy vehicle maintenance and repair garage. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
1. Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs.
2. Manage customer requests and updates via various booking methods, including social media, in person, telephone, email, and other systems.
3. Multitask effectively.
4. Assist with administrative duties.
5. Support the team with front-of-house tasks.
6. Keep social media accounts updated.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Knowledge of vehicles is advantageous.
3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Join our team as a Front of House, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be part of an exciting team of administrative staff and technicians. Training on internal systems and procedures will be provided.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Salary
Negotiable depending on experience. £25,000 to £29,000 per year.

* 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays.
