Job Title: Van Driver Location: Southend Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Days: Tuesday to Friday About the Role We are recruiting Van Drivers on behalf of our client for a busy and well-established distribution operation based in Southend. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent work across a 4-day week, with structured routes and a clear day-to-day routine. You’ll be delivering to a mix of shops, wholesalers, and residential addresses, with routes planned in advance. What You’ll Do Complete multi-drop deliveries (typically 4–15 drops per day) Deliver to commercial and residential customers Follow planned routes using sat nav Use a mobile device to manage deliveries Load and unload goods safely Ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time What We’re Looking For Previous driving experience Delivery or multi-drop experience preferred Good common sense and ability to work independently Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Confident using a smartphone for work Shift Pattern Tuesday to Friday 8–11 hour shifts Start times between 6:30am and 10:00am This role offers a structured working day, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to secure ongoing work with a growing operation.
