Your Role as Executive Headteacher: As the strategic and operational leader, you will:

* Safeguard and Support: Uphold robust safeguarding practices and provide leadership for Ofsted inspections and compliance.
* Develop Teams: Guide the senior leadership team and manage staff development initiatives.
