An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to support large-scale transformation programmes across the retail sector.
This role is suited to an individual with strong expertise across retail operations, merchandising, supply chain transformation, digital commerce, and enterprise change delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic transformation initiatives within complex retail environments.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation Delivery Support and lead large-scale transformation initiatives across retail organisations
Translate strategic objectives into practical transformation roadmaps
Support programme governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-wide change
Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business functions
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and programme discussions
Support alignment between operational, commercial, and technology teams
Retail Transformation Focus Support improvements across retail operations and customer experience
Contribute to merchandising, inventory, and commercial optimisation initiatives
Assist with supply chain transformation and fulfilment improvements
Support digital commerce and omnichannel integration programmes
Governance & Risk Management Identify and manage programme risks and dependencies
Support programme assurance and health-check activities
Provide updates on delivery progress and transformation readiness
Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and support junior team members
Promote collaborative working practices and continuous improvement
Contribute to knowledge sharing and transformation best practices
Required Experience Significant experience within consulting and/or senior retail transformation roles
Proven experience supporting or leading large-scale transformation programmes
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, or omnichannel environments
Experience delivering organisational change and operational improvement initiatives
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
