M&E Project Manager
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Location: Fife, Scotland
Role Responsibilities
* Define project scope with key stakeholders and deliver M&E projects safely, on time and within budget.
* Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, including specialist designers and contractors.
* Manage risks, change control and project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, contractual obligations and industry standards.
* Monitor project performance, financial controls and forecasts while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an M&E construction or engineering environment.
* Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Confident leadership and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
* Strong commercial awareness including budget and financial management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project preferred.
