ABOUT THE PROJECT/ROLE:

As a Demand Generation Executive at OAG, you’ll own the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition across the global travel industry. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from campaign strategy through to optimisation and performance reporting — working closely with sales to turn insight into impact.

YOU WILL: 

1. Own and execute OAG’s demand generation activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
2. Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, email, and organic social
3. Manage and optimise paid media spend, testing audiences, messaging, and formats to maximise ROI
4. Develop and optimise content and digital journeys to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and lead capture
5. Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights
6. Partner closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial priorities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

7. Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment (SaaS or technology preferred)
8. Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
9. Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid media
10. Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
11. A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action

IF YOU ALSO HAVE THE BELOW THAT WOULD BE A BONUS:

12. Experience working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment
13. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
14. Experience in international or multi-market campaigns
